Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Rojakkk mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Rojakkk is designed for university students and campus-affiliated individuals. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users who misrepresent their affiliation or age may have their accounts terminated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately through the in-app support channel if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Rojakkk. By posting, you grant Rojakkk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• Harasses, threatens, or demeans other users.
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or illegal material.
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or unsolicited advertising.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others.

Anonymous confessions are subject to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Rojakkk offers Bounty Task campaigns through which users can earn monetary rewards. By participating you agree that:

• All task completions must be genuine and carried out in good faith.
• Fraudulent completions, gaming of the reward system, or any abuse of the campaign feature will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any pending balance, and potential account termination.
• Payout requests are subject to verification and may be delayed or denied if suspicious activity is detected.
• Campaign terms (reward amounts, task requirements, payout thresholds) are set by campaign sponsors and may change without prior notice.

The Rojakkk name, logo, and all associated branding are the proprietary property of Rojakkk. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.

Rojakkk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rojakkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
